In November, I took a sneaky week away with the BF and some friends to the lovely Seminyak, Bali. I know it has been a looming time since I got back and I apologise for being quiet – things just got a little crazy towards the end of the year last year and time got away from me! I couldn’t let more time slip away and miss the opportunity to share with you the amazing food and service that we experienced at this great cafe.
We only had 4 nights in beautiful Seminyak, and 4 opportunities for breakfast – we spent two of them at Sisterfields.
Juices, coconuts and all other kinds of tropical fun were had.
Now the food.
My friend Pip made a huge call and said this was the best breakfast she had ever had. It was pretty amazing. Berries. Cinnamon oat crumble. Yoghurt sorbet. Get in my belly.
You can’t go wrong with the avo on toast – it felt like being home in Melbourne
You must order the fruit salad – it was phenomenal. I am sucker for edible flowers, they just add a level of beauty to food that I love.
Because all of the dishes were so cheap, we all decided to splash out at get a couple of things each. Oh holidays…no wonder it was so hard to adjust back to regular life in Australia.
Smoked Salmon Sliders. I love a brioche bun, and these were so soft and sweet.
And who doesn’t love pancakes?
We were so obsessed with this place that we even got salads to take away for lunch – really delicious roast veggie and feta, or quinoa were my picks
