A wickedly decadent dessert cocktail made from chocolate, strawberries & cream!

So today I did a random thing and decided to make the cocktail I drank when I was making my husband fall in love with me. He worked at a bar, and i’d go in more often than I care to admit, perfect myself at the end of the bar, sip this cocktail and just be generally cute & charming. And it worked! That was 10 years ago!
I remade it and it is just as delicious as I remember. It’s a sublime blend of strawberry, chocolate and cream. The original has Baileys and strawberry liqueur but it’s just as delicious sans alcohol. It’s pretty rich, so i’d probably skip dessert and save room for this!

What you need:
- Cocktail glasses
Ingredients (makes 2):
- 60ml strawberry puree
- 60ml chocolate sauce
- 60ml Baileys
- 60ml Fraise De Bois (Strawberry liqueur)
- 60ml espresso
- 100ml cream
- To serve: extra chocolate sauce
1. Wrap some chocolate sauce around the edges of each glass. Pour all the ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for about 15-20 seconds and then strain in your cocktail glasses.
