Recipe for Mint and Orange Granita by Anisa Sabet for The Macadames.
Granita is one of those foods I want to eat as soon as the weather turns warm. Although it doesn’t need it, you could spike this with a bit of vodka or gin 🙂
I hope you enjoy this recipe and i’d love to know what you think.

- Juice from 4-5 ripe oranges
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup sugar

1. Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a shallow based tin and pop into the freezer. After 4 hours, use a fork to break up into granules. Cover and freeze over night.
